Salvation Army has set up canteens in Medical Lake and Elk to support wildfire victims. The fully stocked canteens will have drinks, snacks, blankets, stuffed animals, and more. They’ll also have volunteers to provide emotional support to those in need. They’re also seeking volunteers to help staff the canteens and provide that support. You can donate at this link or call Sophia Clapper to ask about volunteering at 509-329-2721

Project Beauty Share is a Spokane-based non-profit that provides hygiene and beauty products to non-profit organizations that support women and families. They’re collecting new hygiene products to help those displaced by the fires. You can donate at this link.

We’ve partnered with Safeway and Albertsons stores in the Inland Northwest to set up a donation process to support wildfire victims. You can donate next time to check out! Every penny of your check stand donation of $1, $3, or $5 will go to the organizations providing relief and comfort to those displaced by the Spokane wildfires.
